I have many complaints against ICICI Bank… lodging my complaints within next week.

In yesterday newspaper, there was a news article, which refers Foreign remittance through ICICI Bank as ICICI Bank’s online remittance is real time … this is very much misleading and I have evidence in the form of tracking numbers that it takes not less than 7-8 days and on many occasions, an account holder has to lodge complaint after waiting for more than a week, then only money is credited to the account. And the exchange rate provided is the lowest for the day.

This is the way ICICI and other Private Banks mislead Public.

Further, I opened up a new account with ICICI Bank, Ashok Vihar, last month, where representative mis-represented the facts and filled up the form himself and provided the address, that was never intended. And if in the beginning, it was made known, something else was required which we can never produce, we would never had open up the account. But shameless employees don’t understand a thing and keep on emailing like defeated soldiers … the same reasons again and again (15 emails received and replied so far) .

They also made promise that their represenatative will visit us again for sorting out the problem, but nobody is turning up… as they don’t have anything in defence and one of the employee of Ashok Vihar Branch has already admitted the mistake of the other employee but other senior officials seem to have EGO problem.

And not refunding the amount but telling us to fill up the closure of account application form, where they will deduct Rs 500/- and pay the Balance. This goes to show their real character because the Branch has been provided clear powers to waive off Rs 500, but still they want to levy it… as this is the major source of income for ICICI bank i.e. to mis-represent the customer and then deduct the charges and close the account.

This was also proved by the fact… when they issued me two cheque books, when I asked for one and charged for both. And many other complaints, already posted here… http://blog.guru/weblog/index.php?p=85

The story is the same for all the private organisations… they know how to earn unreasonably but don’t realize the value of a customer 🙄

Firstly, write your complaint to the Bank and also send a copy to Ministry of Finance, Banking Division on the address mentioned above.

For writing to Ombudsman, there is a condition that you should first contact the ICICI Bank and if they don’t reply to your complaint in one month’s time. Then only you can submit the complaint and that need to be in specified format, i.e. in a form that you can get from their office.

Here is the link for the various Ombudsman office addresses…

    SIR,
We are the customers of your bank since last three years with account no 1312560000260 & only recently about 50 days back I have been chosen as your privileged customers. When I came to know that I have been chosen as the privileged customers I Ire very delighted as I thought that I will be getting the extra attention which can make any customer proud, but I are very sorry to say that all the above stated feelings vanished when I came to know that the bank has made us the privileged customer not to serve us better, but to harass us in a better way.
When I sent our employee Mr. Amit to get a DD prepared on 8th of October at 10:05 am, he was told to collect the dd at 11:00 am, when he reached the bank at 11:00 am he was told to come at 11:30 am, again when he visited the bank at 11:30 am, he was told to wait for 30 mts, & at 12:00 pm he was told that the dd cant be prepared as the signatures are not matching, he immediately called me up from the bank & I talked to Ms Anuradha, she assured me that she will get the dd prepared & hand it over to Mr. Amit but I have to go to the bank (afterwards) & sign the cheque again within 2 hours.
But within few mts I received one more call from bank stated that the dd cant be prepared, I immediately rushed to the bank & to our utter surprise found that there was no difference in our signatures, (I am holding three accounts in the bank, & our signatures Ire matching from all the three accounts & I showed this to the executives sitting there also.)

Now yesterday only I received the call from our clients at Ahmedabad, stating that the dd I had sent to them was not being honoured by the HDFC bank (three times), they also faxed me all the documents in this regard, copy of these are enclosed. I Ire very surprised to know that a dd prepared from such a reputed bank is also not honoured; this incident had badly impacted our credibility towards our client & they had to suffer a lot due to this incident, & this also had lead to a bad impact on our business. So I would request you to look into the matter & let us know the reasons for the above incidents at the earliest. I would also request you to pay us the sum of Rupees 100000/- one lacs, as the compensation for the mental agony & defamation caused to us within 10 days failing which I would have no other option then to knock the doors of honorable court for justice & report the matter to the media so that the people should not be cheated the same way I have been cheated.

Note: While noticing all the facts I came to know that you had prepared the managers cheque instead of the DD, & when yesterday I brought this fact to the notice of your officer, Mr. Ramesh Pandey, I Ire told that this is the internal matter of the bank, the stationery of DD was not in stock, hence they had issued the DD on Manager’s cheque, & they had also informed the concerned branch about the same. He was not even ready to accept the bank’s mistake rather he was emphasizing that my client are at fault. (After enquiring he even told your branch manager Mr. Sethi that by mistake he had issued the manager’s cheque instead of the dd)

Please also note that I had delivered this letter along with all the relevant documents like memos & photocopy of the dd to your Ambala Cantt, Branch Manager Mr. Sethi personally & he had assured our client & us that this time this dd would be honoured.

    THE MANAGING DIRECTOR,
    HDFC BANK, MUMBAI.

    SIR,
Not even a week had passed since I forwarded our previous complaint, you would be surprised to know that the fresh incident of bank’s default is ready, as I had told you in my previous letter that recently about two months back I have been chosen as your privileged customers.
This time I had dropped the (Payable at par at all anywhere banking branches of The Jammu & Kashmir bank ltd) cheque no. 643185 Dt. 22-10-2005 for Rs. 19910/- on 21-10-05 at 03:55 pm in your drop box situated at Ambala Cantt Branch, (after confirming from J& K bank), but I Ire surprised to know that these funds had not been transferred in our account till 26th October 2005, when I enquired from the bank, I Ire astonished, when I called your phone banking no. On 28th October, that funds had not been transferred in our account, I immediately contacted our client for the same & they also told us that the cheque was still not debited from their account. I immediately contacted your branch & Ire told that the cheque has gone for outstation clearing. I Ire surprised to hear this as the payable at par cheque need not go for outstation clearing, as I also had remitted some amount to our client at ahmedabad, I immediately called them & requested them not to produce the cheque for clearing.
Now you can also imagine what type of humiliation I would have undergone, while telling our client not to produce the cheque for clearing, as earlier also the DD prepared by your bank was not honoured three times (as stated in my previous letter no. 01 dt. 28-10-05). This very shameful act of yours had very adversely affected our credit worthiness & also had harshly embellished our reputation, among our clients (you also know that the loss of credit worthiness & reputation is irreparable).

Now I have no other option left than to advise you to pay us the sum of Rupees 500000/- five lacs, as the compensation for the mental agony, defamation & loss of prestige caused to us because of these shameful act of yours within 10 days failing which I would have no other option then to knock the doors of honorable court for justice & report the matter to the media so that these type of things are brought to the notice of general public & the people should not be cheated the same way I have been cheated.

Central bank of India took instuctions in writing from me for stop payment of 2 cheques amounting to Rs.3 lcas and debitted my a/c with stop payment charges as well.

Despite the above instructions, the bank has passed these cheque due to thier negligeance . Now they are refusing to pay me and credit my a/c by the same amount.
What remedy do I have to recover my money from the bank? It is sheer negligeance on the part of the bank which they acknowledge but refuse to pay under some RBI rules.
Pl advise suitable action and remedy available to me.
    best regards.

    Hi
I have been a an account holder at ICICI bank for the past 4 years .I had an account at the Madhavpur brannch in Hitec City in Hyderabad for two years but since my office moved to another premises I shifted my account to the new locality Begumpeth in Hyderabad.
I have taken a Home loan with ICICI Home loans and initially the EMI’s were debited from the Madhapur account and after I closed the same I intimated the bank to change the account to Begumpeth. This worked fine for a while and then suddenly after six months I get collection calls, bounce charges , collection agents coming to my house to collect the amount.
When I checked with the bankat the begumpeth branch to understand the issue I see that that the EMI amount has been debited correctly every month from my present active account at begumpeth branch, and despite this the IC ICI Home Loans are still sending checks to my previous account in Madhavpur and debiting the bounce charges and EMI amount from the begumpeth branch.
I have gone to bank and spoken with their VP in collections, in Home loans and the customer service and yet today I get a bounce charge notice despite the EMI being debited correctly on 7th June.
I will be filing a case withte ombudsman for this harrasment of my family for no reason.

My very first loan in my whole life time was with Centurion bank vehicle loan for 18 months from 06/2003 to 11/2004 with clear payment (no default). The very next loan was personal loan in HDFC where in I just came to know that I had been cheated by the executive and to some extent partially by the bank itself when i went for a top up loan 70 days back. i want immediate resolution to close the loan amount with appropriate resolution on my side. I want the e-mail address of the appropriate higher official of hdfc to write a complaint in this regard.

    My Dear Brothers & Sisters,

I appreciate your problems, I am one of them, sailing in the same boat.

Can you believe, I had a demat A/c as well as a SB A/c with ICICI Bank Ltd- Mumbai.

Initially in Dec 2005, they messed up my REMAT request by more than 22 (Twenty-Two)Months, I took them before the Consumer Forum, for deficiency in service.

Recently, I bought a payorder as one of my vendor insisted on the same, as against payment by CHEQUE, even that bounced.

They say its human error, but, I strongly believe, its nothing but in counterblast to my earlier complaint before The Consumer Court.

Now, I have become a CARDIAC PATIENT, Hence, I am being made to run from Pillar to Post, with no results, believe, purel;y with the view to “EXHAUST THE COMPLAINANT / CLIENT OF ALL HIS TIME,MONEY & ENERGY-If he is ALIVE & STANDS UP” new philosophy of the bank.

Sub:I would like to highlight the Professional way for the Collection Method by HDFC BANK

Thanks for the reply by one of your Assistant Vice President(Debt Management – Credit Cards).

However, I am not satisfied at all with your reply…

This shows that HDFC Bank has no value for the time, respect, and money of your customer.

In the reply, I did not find any serious concern for the mental torture and the harassments caused to my family by your HDFC BANK.

I would like to highlight the Professional way for the Collection Method by HDFC BANK :

Specific to my repeated explanation regarding the payment follow-up calls and the professional method by HDFC, I hereby notify that

your Bank’s representative had initiated intimidating phone-calls to my family in my absence by making unprofessional way of a routine payment follow-up call.

They used to pretend themselves some time senior police officer or some time a senior lawyer from Patiala Court .

They unleashed repeated threatening to my wife as well as my entire family that they were coming to seal off my home in any moment of time.

They were repeatedly scaring my family by saying that “ Right now, we are at Jamia Police Station so get the entire belonging out of home

within an hour and we are coming with a police to seal off the house”.

They called my home from the phone numbers (mentioned below).

Of course, this was one of the outstanding professional drives of HDFC to facilitate my payment towards the card outstanding.

Obviously, the same had been done in your usual course of business and was not intended to inconvenience me in any way!! (as per your views).

Beyond the limit, my family was time and again mentally tortured and harassed which might have led to come across any kind of untoward serious consequences.

When I had brought this to the notice of HDFC ,I received the reply “ We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.”

This entire episode looked like they were dealing with a defaulter customer.

Although, I had reiterated that when I had received the reply to the letter on May 27,2004 from {Rupande Thanawal(Customer Service Officer- HDFC)}saying that except

the amount of RS= 15396.00 the credit had already been processed. An investigation is on for RS= 15396.00.. I had sent a request after getting the reply of June 11,2004 by the same Bank representative.

I had received the reply dated 19 Oct 2004 in the end of the October 2004 by Anand C (Customer Service Officer- HDFC ).I was advised to make the payment for the outstanding .Then again, I sent a letter to HDFC requesting to reconsider my claim and make a thorough investigation for the transaction RS= 15396.00 (Tayland Turizm).

I had received a phone Call around third week of November 2004 in reply of my letter , by Mr Sumit introducing me as Manager for Credit Card division – and he had given me

the address which was :C 2324 Janakpuri Cinema complex ,Pamkhan Road Behind Petroleum Pump,Janakpuri,New Delhi

During the discussion over the phone Mr Sumit himself approved that my Credit Card Bill Payment history and the credit back ground was smooth and satisfactory .

He said that all kinds of bill were paid on time from my side except this Rs. 15396.00( Tayland Turizm) is pending . He showed his willingness to settle this dispute and move on.

He did express that he had some positive feeling about the entire situation. He advised me to visit to HDFC -Janakpuri Office and sit together with him so that he would settle this problem.

I had told him that I would be out of city .I would come back after two weeks in the first week of DEC 2004 then I would meet him.

From my side, I was already in constant touch with the Bank. The real authorized and decision making person had already given me assurance to have

this very issue settle down amicably.

So why was HDFC in such a hurry???

HDFC Bank rushed to my account (Saving Account : 0891000075233) and withdrew my entire Savings (Fund TRF-DM-4346771003903573)on 23/11/1004 without serving any prior notice to me.

Was I running away with HDFC money or was I really untraceable ?????

Amazing! Professional way of HDFC Bank???

Specifically during that time, when my wife was expecting my first baby. I do remember, I had gone to the doctor on 4th December 2004 for the further emergency check-up for my wife .

At that crucial time, I utmost needed huge money and naturally I looked towards HDFC ATM with full trust .I went to the HDFC ATM to withdraw my own money.

To my utter amazement and surprise , I found, my Saving Account balance (0891000075233) was ZERO!!!!

I was in state of panic and frustration over the missing money from my saving account . I am very sure that HDFC is not sensitive enough to realize the horrible situation that I was put into by HDFC BANK itself. The entire follow –up episode highlights the very inhumane dealings, as well as insensitivities of HDFC BANK towards its loyal Customer like me (with clean payment records and a big amount of investments through HDFC Bank).

And I felt like ….Cursed be the moment when I chose HDFC Bank for my financial needs.

This was the inner feelings and bitter experience towards HDFC Bank of from a customer like me. I will never and ever forget that experience in my entire life.

For that period of time, it was my utter priority to have my wife’s Medical-Checkup done immediately.

In response to this worst unprofessional behavior on part of HDFC Bank , the only reply ,I receive is: “We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.”

I could not figure out the impetuous and irrational action of HDFC Bank !!!!

The Bank showed neither responsibility, nor any so called professional courtesy to at least inform the customer before withdrawing the customer’s money without any valid reason.

Whereas, In the third week of November 2004, I had received the phone call and the advice and willingness on part of the concerned person Mr Sumit ( Manager for Credit Card division) to get the issue settled. we had arrived to an agreement that we would be sitting together to come out with an amicable settlement in the first week of December 2004.

I had even received the letter dated 19 Oct 2004( in the end of October 2004). In response, I had sent a written letter requesting to review the investigation (first week of November).

In this intense flurry of activities , my money in the saving account (0891000075233) was reduced to ZERO!!!

Is this the very professional way of trust building that HDFC promotes towards its customer in past, present and future ???

I would like to inform that my family lost peace of mind due to unprofessional ways of follow -up calls by HDFC Bank towards the outstanding payment.

HDFC Bank lost its professional commitments towards customer like me. The phone callers were persons like Mr G I Dogra and Sangeeta

from HDFC-Collection department ( bragging on their names resembling with the last name of either senior police officer or reputed lawyers ).

Whereas my name was looked upon by them to be from minority community with no power to manipulate and influence the situation.

This was the sole reason behind that boastful calls made by HDFC’s Rep over the phone with threatening

like “” I am in Jamia Nagar police Station with the court order for House-to be sealed. So get out of house immediately with your belongings or deposit

the outstanding within 2 hours…those threatening , for sure, caused a horrific situation for my family(my wife, my mother and my little 9 month baby ).

I was terribly upset and disturbed till the evening of the day, being out of city.

Those calls came from G I Dogra(claiming to be a senior Advocate ,Phone NO: 9911214584 ) threatening to seal the home.

Similar calls made claiming to be from Tees Hazari Court (Phone NO :9912703147, 9350416532).

Again, a call was received claiming to be from Gurhgaon Police Station (Phone No: 9312894536).

What a mockery!! One of the call came from Sangeeta PS claiming herself to be a Senior Judge(Phone NO: 9871067704,9910755367,9891525423,9911576938 ).

Obviously, I am looking for answers!!!!

Why was I the ‘Chosen One’ to go through this turmoil which caused me immense mental pain and snatched the peace of mind of my entire family.

In addition, this unprofessional dealings of HDFC tarnished my image among my neighbor and community .

I will be looking forward to get the answers soon.( before reaching towards any amicable settlement)

Ofcourse, icici involves in certain fraudulent activities as i have heard many from our friends and relatives. Above all, as a victim, I was canvassed by the icici people to open a “spouse account” saying that i can have “Zero- balance”, as Spouse account is said to have some special features. Then, after one year or so amount rating to Rs. 800, Rs.900 etc is being detected every 3 months(till today I have lost around Rs. 5000 or more) for lack of “quaterly balance maintenance”. When contacted over the customer care, it is said that there were no such feature at all like “spouse account” provided by icici at any time and so i cannot maintain zero balance. Now i have to take steps towards it further. Why such false canvassing just to make us open an account in such cheating bank???????????

I have worked with HSBC kolkata as Customer care Executive for about 1& 1/2 yrs.

I left company because of non co-operation from the management.

I was the TOP performer in my process and have been certified by the company on several occasions.I was in UK Process and my customers use to appreciate the way I use to deal with their problems. My name has been printed in one of the HSBC’s quarterly magazine for giving BEST Customer Support and for getting Praised by the customer.

Now when ever I apply in another company for a new job they give a very bad feed back for me an hence i m not getting a job and i m sitting ideal in my house for past 1 & 1/2 yrs. now because of them.

I wanna take a serious action against them if anyone can please help as my entire future depends on this.

    Dear Sir,

Your letter cited under reference is disgusting.

    1. I invested in the HDFC mutual fund through a broker who wrongly put my initials as R.K.Tiwari instead of R..S.Tiwari. , which I noted after a gap.
    2. I wrote a letter to correct the name, for which I received a communication that I need to submit copy of PAN card and residential proof, which I submitted.
    3. Consequently, instead of correcting the name, I received a letter from you dated 29.8.2008 asking me to furnish a indemnity of Rs. 200/- duly notorised along with identity proof (PAN CARD). Which I sent.
    4. Now you are refusing to accept the same on the ground that my signature do not tally with your records.
    a. I feel harassed, since if You were to verify my identity through signature then the question of indemnity does not arise costing me in terms of money , time and energy , at the age of 69.
    b. Both funds are jointly held with my sister , and she has already signed approving my name and thereby certifying the mistake in the name.
    c. What do you mean by “resubmitting the request duly signed by the unit holder as per our records.” ? I am having saving and other accounts with HDFC bank and transacting a number of times and the bank never objected on my signatures ? I am not a bank employee and may possible with the age signature may vary slightly.
    d. If you want I can send a dozen specimen signatures along with the signatures of my joint holder.
    e. Instead of proving any security to me for such a small amount, you are harassing me since last one year and I am surprised what type of CRM and customer orientation is being followed by you and HDFC.

Now l have no other alternative but to withdraw all my accounts and funds from HDFC. May I request you to redeem the said fund at the earliest and the

cheques may be drawn on the name of the joint holder i.e. Shobha Pande so that we get our money back. I hope you will find no difficulty in this except when you are determined to harass.

    Thanking you

This is about functioning of HDFC mutual fund and their registrar CAMS. . The entire story is as under.
I invested in the HDFC mutual fund through a broker who wrongly put my initials as R.K.Tiwari instead of R.S.Tiwari, which i noted after a gap.
    2. I wrote a letter to correct the name for which I received a communication that I need to submti copy of PAN card and residential proof, which I submitted. Consequently , instead of correcting the name, I received aletter from CAMS on 29.8.2008 asking me to furnish a indemnity of Rs. 200 duly notorised along with other documents, which I sent. Now I received aletter dated 1.5.2009 that the same can not be accepted on the ground that y signatures do not tally with their records.
Ia) I feel harrassed, since if they were to verify my identity on the basis of my signatures, then the quention of indenity does not arise costing me in terms of lmoney time and energy at this age of 69.
    b. Both funds ( one with my first name and another by second name) are held with my sister and hse shas aleady signed approving and authenticating my name and thereby certifying the mistake in the name.
    c. Now CAMS asks me to resubit the request duly signe dby the unit holders as per their records. I am having saving and other accounts with HDFC Bank and trasacting a number of times and the bank never objected on my signatrures I am not a bank employee and may possible with the age signature may very slightly.
    d) if they wish I can send a dozen specimen signatures along with the signatures of my joint holder to attest them.
    e. Infact the bank on the name of security harrassing me since last one year and I am surprised that what type of CRM and customer orientation they are following .

I havenow no other alternative to withdraw all accounts from HDFC . I just want that the entire amount of both the mutual funds may be sent on the name of my joint holder so that we get the money back, since we do not have any account on the name of R.K.Tiwari.
Incase theyl are interested in verifying my credential, a person from local HDFC could meet me or I could see him to prove my identity and the mistakes in iniitials. – As a sernior citizen I invested to earn some money, instead of facing these embarassing troubles. I just want that the HDFC should refund my money and SEBI, RBI and Ministry of Finance may take appropriate action to avoid such situation with any other person. R.S.Tiwari.

    COMPLAINT AGAINST HDFC BANK COCHIN
    Sir,

I have received the letter from you and I Like to inform you as below:

I have only one credit card with H D F C Bank and on that basis The bank has availed me a Jumbo loan in my name. When at the time taking the loan I was getting good salary. I have paid the loan as well as credit card paid regularly. Globaly some problem came and the effect came to India and because of the some Recession problems in my company so many staff left as they are young and as per my age I am still continiuing in Yogeswar Enterprises and my salary cut to ¼ th by which I am not able to meet the payments promptly for that I beg pardon with you. In the meantime I have paid a minimum due payment in my credit card and as per the advice of the officer who approached me I have requested to settle both the card and Jumbo loan which the Officer agreed. He approached me with a settlement by which both account will be settled and as per his instruction I have agreed the amount ie:Rs 21000/- for both credit card and Jumbo loan (4346781002272557 and4346770000161292 respectively).

He came with settlement letter and I have a cheque for Rs.21000/- and he has given a receipt. The very next day I have received a phone call from the officer saying the credit payment is due you have to pay minimum due. Then I told him that I have already settled the card and Jumbo loan for Rs.21000/- yesterday and I have paid by cheque which you might have presented in the bank. Now you are asking again the payment. Then he harrased me with some unparliamentry words and he denied all the settlement. I have given the cheque of my brother and I asked him stop the payment of the cheque and he has stopped the payment. The very next day another executive came and he has given an option to me. The option is he will bring the same amount as settlement for both credit card and Jumbo loan and I have to pay Rs 2000/- as minimum due in May 09 and Balance Rs 19000/- as an when the letter is generated for settlement. At that time I have requested the executive to bring back the cheque For Rs.21000/- and he promised me that he will sent a mail to return the cheque to my aaddress and I have received the cheque by post. He brought the letter dt 16/06/2009 in the 2nd week of june 09 wide no:0519529 on HD F C Bank letter address as Ceebros building, 110, N M Road, Aminijikarai, Chennai-600 029and I have given the cheque no:003366 on SBT Mattancherry For Rs.19000/- for which he has given a receipt wide No: 17296315 dt 18/06/2009. At the time giving the letter I have again enquired him that both will be settled. Then he called his superior officer who has agreed Confirmed that both will be settled with this letter. In this way I have settled the matter full and finally. The cheque for Rs. 19000/-has been passed enquired thru Customer Service and they have also convinced me this will be settled together and not separate. But in the next month both bill have been generated again and an executive approached for minimum due payment for both credit card and Jumbo loan. I convinced him that I have already settled the matter as per the letter. I have enquired the thru Customer Care about the generation of the bill for both Credit card and Jumbo Loan . The Officer concerned told me that don’t worry the bill will generated for two months further but I need not pay because the letter of settlement is already with you. In this the officer has convinced me and went on with my duty.

The very next day onwards executive approached me told that credit card is still pending

I have to pay. After that I have received a letter from you. This is the situation. So what Can I do. I kindly request you to hear the recordings of me and the officer at the time settlement and kindly do the needful. I will be really obliged to you if the matter is closed for ever as per the settlement letter dt 16/06/2009 as my situation is very bad in my office as there is no business and I cannot afford further in this regard please.
    Thanking you
    With regards

When I visited the local branch of icici bank credit card at ferozegandhi market Ludhiana along with one of my colleague. But manger Mr vikas and Ms mandeep was not ready to listen anything on this matter. I give them written application but they did not accept the application stating very rudely that this is not a govt. department. they used very harsh language I felt very humiliated. As an advocate by profession I decided to file the suit of defamation in case the bank don’t take any action. Kindly check the attitude of staff towards the client and reverse the entry into my account. My credit card.

    Dear Sir,

I am Holding a Salary Account in HDFC Bank, Lakdikapool, HYD for the past 5 years i am continuing the same, with Adiquate Balance, now i got shifted to Kakinada and our Current Company is having a Corporate Relation with HDFC Bank Kakinada Branch, but they are Unable to Provide a timely Service, more Over they are advising me to cancel the Existing Account & Open a New Account for the Service Perspective.

My Question is if a Person who holds a salary Account with HDFC Bank & is Shiting from one Company to N Number of Companies Does he needs to Open N Number of New A/C’s to get the Service?

Are can he Continue the Same Account?

More Over they haven’t Kept the Salary Credits to be Hold for New Company then why they are Advisng us to Open a New A/C for the purpose of Service.

Can’t I do the Transfer of My A/C from Hyderabad to Kakinada, without changing my Bank A/C Number. Because if i change the A/C number i am going to loose my all Transactions (Investement, Insurance, etc..) where i had given this A/C for the Reversal.
