SIFY pays ahead of court date
I had filed application under section 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 before District Consumer Redressal Forum, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. SIFY did not appeal !!!
SIFY had an opportunity to appeal with State Consumer Redressal Commission, but failed to do so within the period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of District Forum order... i.e. till first week of February.
