Today while discussing in a Cyber Law Group, I asked as regards to Cyber Evidence….
“One more thing I remember, maybe read somewhere…
that if I get print outs from the website and get it signed as witnessed by some professional say Advocates or some respectable persons of the society. Will that enhance its value in
the eyes of the law ???”
Reply came … “I like the distinction you made between Advocates and ‘respectable persons of society’ ” :faint:
But I never intended it… to be interpreted this way… I was just giving an example 😆
