In the last Reliance date… Reliance said in the court that they will settle the matter before the next date… the next date was 19 September. And the Reliance people called on 18th Sept at 8 P.M. and asking if you are interested…. we can settle the matter 😛

And over the phone Legal(head) Reliance says, we were just able to locate your residential phone numer… that’s why couldn’t call before. Isn’t RELIANCE forgetting something 🙄 That the case pertains to Reliance Mobile phone… alloted by them only. Even then they don’t have the phone numer :laugh:
Anyway, we made them clear… you know what are our demands. It’s clearly mentioned in the complaint. Then he didn’t talk about it again 😆 And next day in the court, the Reliance Lawyer says… we tried to settle the matter… what a way to settle the matter 🙄
Then one of my other friend… who has a different case against Reliance, did not receive any call, so he was also standing besides us and clearly said Reliance is trying to mislead the court as regards his matter and also overall :yes:
Court said to Reliance Lawyer, you were required to settle the matter before the date or otherwise you need to file the reply. Their Lawyer says within 10 minutes… I will get you the reply. The Magistrate said, now if you ask for another date, we will impose fine of Rs 500 only but if even after 10 minutes, your reply is not received… you will be imposed fine of Rs 1,000. Decide now… so he slowly said, impose Rs 500/- 😀
In the meantime, the other lady magistrate also said… this is always the issue with Reliance, they don’t have anything ready on time… so we can’t give you any further time. Lawyer said… it is due to huge number of matters against them… Even yesterday there were 8 cases against Reliance only at K.G.Marg Consumer Forum :clap:
Now before the next date… the Reliance has agains said, we will settle the matter. But I don’t think… it will happen. Because the Reliance Lawyer said “Settlement will be made… it’s just a matter of Rs 2,000 and they are trying to claim in Lakhs” … what a shameless persons 😛
The ‘DhiruBhai Pioneer Offer’ precendent has already been laid by Chandigarh court… that the terms were found to be  unreasonable :yes:

btw what was bad about “DhiruBhai Pioneer Offer’” i just heard the names few times… dont know about reliance coz none use it mostly people i know use orange which best among the worst available :hyper:
