Today, it was very interesting to see, a case was filed against a Lawyer in Cosumer Forum, K.G.Marg against a Lawyer for Deficiency in Service and Negligence 🙄
A Person who looked liked a Priest, claimed that his case in the High Court was lost due to mis-application of Law. And interesting part is, his case was admitted. And the first hearing will be on 01 August. Same day, I will be having hearing against Reliance Case. So will be able to observe the proceedings of this case also 😎
Today was Reliance date… it was just to find suitability of the case. It was accepted. Infact, the magistrate was not very much interested in knowing much details. As for him, “Reliance” name was enough to accept it. Same was with friend’s case, who has also filed the complaint against Reliance.
There were total of 5 cases against Reliance Infocomm in today’s date…. “The Government Approved Frauds” :laugh:
