Yesterday had Reliance Infocomm case hearing at K.G.Marg Consumer Forum, surprizingly… all the first five cases were against Reliance. And they did appear unlike SIFY.
But they had only one reply for all the cases that we will settle the case outside the court. Let’s see what they have to offer…. I have very long list of complaints with very good evidence and yesterday also applied for inclusion of the new ground, which was decided by the State Consumer Forum last month…. as I mentioned in the precious post named “Consumer Cases”… Relaince Infocomm pulled up for raising false bill.

in which a priest had sued Lawyer for deficiency in service, yesterday the Lawyer failed to appear in the court… could be a delibrate move. Something to learn… 😉

Hi..
I am a Chartered Accountant based at Rajkot.
I have my case for final hearing on 16th Dec., 2005.
It is in connection with barring of my STD Facility for 3
months. It is because false charges debited by Reliance, not paid by me. However, I was regular in paying in my bills.
The Company finally credited the charges inspite the legal suit was prevailing in consumer forum. No reply of counter affidavit filed by the company and the forum close its right and put the matter for Complainant’s (my) argument.
Now, if u have decided case against Reliance, please forward me the citation.

In my case, on this Monday Reliance has just filed the reply. So it’s a long way to go…

I have also got many good points from there only against Duirubhai Pioneer Offer… which will change the course 🙂
