Judicial Exams are conducted by various states according to their requirements. But there have always been one or the other problems… though this year’s Delhi Judicial Exam was a smooth process, whose appointments are just going to be made.
But Haryana government collected Rs 1,200 each from 5,000 candidates in March 2005 but no exam was conducted due to some writ petition filed against it… in Haryana, as a result of which seats have been revised and new forms have been issued, which will be on sale from next week… old forms forgotten but nobody can question when the refund will be made. In any case, the old forms must have been allowed to remain valid as there are lot of formalities involved…. unnecessary waste of time.
Irony is… Lawyers can’t even serve a Legal Notice on the Haryana High Court ๐
Similar was the case with some exams in UP… and now High court advocates are on an indefinite strike in Jharkhand in relation to Judicial Vacancies.
