Last week I shifted to Hathway Internet, as it provides 48 KBps speed against 32 KBps provided by Hotwire for around Rs 600.
Both ofcourse provide fixed speed. As truth remains no one cheats as SIFY BroadBand does by providing SHARED speed and taking shelter behind it.
The best thing is.. the same LCO is providing both Hotwire and Hathway, it’s your choice to subsribe to either.
So no need to pay extra installation charges 🙂

with regards to hathway I have been using it since 1.5 years its been good 128kbps sharred suppose to be but get avg 96kbps unlimited download :wink:can say overall amazing ignoring certain things
the broadband in India is highly absurd one thing I can say about hathway is its best among the worst And it does make effort to improve

But in my area, the max speed with an unlimited connection is 64 KBps.

I am from mumbai, they do offer 128 and 64 shared umlimited both depending upon the no of customer in that area i am hopeing they should started 256 sharred 🙂
one of the reason why hathway is best among the worst is that most of the customer are corporate so that’s why hathway professional then other cable net providers which like can say ” just normal cablewaaalas..”
Also there 24/7 customer care is 24/7 for true coz I myself can vouch for it coz I have troubled them even at 3 in night 👿
Its amazing but they do get end point connectivity problem but effort made to solve them asap and few downtimes in month like 1-2 days

Hey guys! Hathway is good…!!!!??? I dont know what plans you guys are using but they seem really expensive to me…I mean when you take download limits in account.
I did a comparision between Hathway and my provider Touchtel [now Airtel] just yesterday on another site. Here.

Plz let me know wat excatly hpnd in ur case against sify…how much relief and compensation u got …i m facing d same problem from Hotwire for last 2 months n no action has been taken by either hotwire or my LCO…even hotwire customer care center now has refused to take my complaints against LCO saying not their faults nor their are ready to take any action against him…PLZ sugesst wat r d remedies availbale to me…wat woud b bttr option filing a consumer case or criminal one can also lie…

I would like to add few words over here….
If you have any animy you can suggest him to take Hathway Internet.
I had broadband connection which didn’t work… down time was like 90% now I am having fiber connection in Mumbai…. It is even not working as I had my dialup connection… and I was promissed to have uptime of 97%… Great Joke…
No customer service… No one will pick your phone up…
Worst Internet Service I have every found….
Never choose Hathway…. It is actually Hardway…..
Please think 20 times before you decide to go for hathway.
