Judgement will be received after 3-4 months…
Ofcourse it was ex-parte. And the reason for SIFY’s non-appearance is simple… if they had to defend, it would have cost them more than what I have claimed as compensation… (thanks Tarun for the reasoning) 😉
Lesson Learnt…. never claim less than rupees One Lakh, if you want the opposite party to come and defend 😀

I really kinda liked the thing you have done. And by myself within last 1 1/2 month i am fed up with these guys to the extent that I by myself was tinking to take them to court.
I have downloaded a summary of things you have put up in the court. I am going to discuss that and more with all the concerned people. CTO Sify and my Lawyer.

First of all let me see the reaction of these dumb people when they see your summary and my summary.

coz even in hathway few times i dont have connectivity coz problem power suply

May not be specifically provided under any terms but the lack of Power Supply on Switches is unnecessary botheration and can be regarded as ‘Deficiency In Service’.
And I have never experience this with other cable operator and I dont think it costs them much to provide the power back-up.
The SIFY LCO just used to give excuses that I will look into it. And he never fixed it.
This used to cause unnecessary interruption in work, when my UPS back-up is for more than one hour but I had to suffer. For which I can definitely claim damaged from them 😎

I’ve been using Sify for nearly an year now and I couldnt help but agree to everything that’s been said here. I made an entry at my blog some time back [Its offline now, but you can look at the picture there. 🙂 ]. I have weeks of disconnection at a stretch and there’s nothing I can do about it cause the money is collected beforehand and after that the cablewala cant be bothered to keep the lines running.
Have you ever checked how the cable reaches you?

Yes agreed, SIFY came out with the 6 monthly scheme only to make users stick to Sickfy. It was really Unfair!!!
