Reliance DhiruBahi Pioneer Offer came out with 10 paise pulse rate, but it was changed within few months to One Minute, stating TRAI has disallowed it.
Though TATA Indicom offers 1 paisa pulse rate… still ๐
So me and a friend decided to move TRAI under “Right To Information Act, 2005”. Procedure was very simple, an application with Rs 10 fees.
And ofcourse TRAI’s reply has been very simple… following is the exact wording from TRAI’s letter โ
“The pulse rates offered by various operators differ from plan to plan. The service providers are given flexibility to offer various combinations of Tariff plans suiting to different customer requirements.

So the same has already been submitted in the Consumer Court ๐
In case, any one has the similar matter and wants a copy of the TRAI letter, please let me know โ

There was another thing about reliance that I couldnt understand, the bill always has many calls of 3 seconds or 4 seconds. The customer care says i made these calls but maybe because the calls did not go through properly, so i disconnected them. They say their software is error free. this means their network is bad as the calls did not go through….
waiting for developments on this case, seems interesting, lets see what reliance replies.
