First Date….

1/28/2005 By Blogger 16 Comments

I am talking about the first SIFY Broadband date πŸ˜‰

This date reminded me Sunny Deol’s dailogue from Damini about court dates…
“….. tareeq pe tareeq…… milti hai to kya… bas tareeq”. Anybody remembers complete Dailogue πŸ™‚

On 19 Jan, Magistrate said ” …for some reasons, we were not able to send the Notices so please come on 11 February.”

Though I have some idea…. as when I filed the ONIDA case in the same consumer forum, I was told by administraive staff they don’t have any peon, so the notices will lie there and they won’t be able to send. So I must go to the Post Office and send the same to the registered post at my own expense and give back the acknowledgement to them, so that they can keep it in records. Otherwise the notices will keep lying and they won’t be able send.
I did the same, as I thought it was in my interest to send the notices at the earliest.

This time… I was told they don’t have any stamps, so I must have brought the same for sending the notice. Though this time Rs 100 fees in the form of Postal orders have already paid.

At the time of filing in November 04, Magistrate told me to come on 19th Jan 05 as no other formality was left. But the concerned persons told me to come tomorrow, so that they can prepare the notices and then I should deliver the notices to the concerned parties. This time delibrately I didn’t turn up… as I knew, what was going on with Administration staff.

Anyway, i went with the full preparation on 19th… and this time have more evidence from Sushubh’s forums πŸ˜€
One of the interesting extract from Sushubh’s site…

Confessions of a Sify Broadband Engineer…..
Me my self is Sify broadband engg. I donÒ€ℒt want 2 mention my name,
i am sorry 4 that , n I know I sify is more concentrating on new customer. As I am under TM(territory manager ). I have got instruction to give preference to new registration rather than troubleshooting .i am tell u this because I use to give more preference to troubleshooting , due 2 this there customer base was less I got transfer to another area.

    LOL πŸ˜€

After reading the title of the post, my first impression was Dating wali date :P.. saala dimaag mein aur kuch nahin aata hai πŸ˜€

Anyways, indian jurisdiction system is below par.. takes a lot time to even start the case/process.. no wonder.. they are so many pending cases in Indian courts.

    BTW, ATB for this case!!

East or west, Amritsar is the best:rotfl:…though I am not in the race here (since I don’t even wanna compare asr. with either Mumbai or Delhi:lol:). I have been to both Delhi & Mumbai. I personally liked Mumbai better than Delhi (but then I must say that I didn’t spend too much time in Delhi).
But hey, since my hubby is from Delhi, my ‘pati vrata’ duty makes me vote for Delhi :thumb:

    LOL πŸ˜‰

I don’t know why people rate night life so high! Night life is not the only thing which makes a city!!

Actually, it depends on person to person. A person might enjoy more in city like Bhubneswar (i hope everybody has heard abt it) than maybe even Mumbai.

So, nightlife is one of the parameters but it ranks low on our priority list. What say archer?

BTW, getting votes from your blog is a awesome idea πŸ™‚
