Reg the second point… i.e. it was also mentioned in the judgement at the end –> expert evidence is missing in the case… whose reply lies in National Commission decision in the case of :
“M/S Scooter India Limited & Anr V. Madhabananda Mohanty & Ors.” :thumb:
–> “It is always not necessary for the consumers to give expert testimony, though if he does so it will add weight to the complaint.”
